Conditions of Access to the Service:

• The games and services of Lotto International S.A. (LISA) are accessible exclusively via the Digicel network. To use these services, each user must have an active and valid Digicel SIM card.
• Each player is responsible for verifying and confirming the accuracy of the information related to their games at the time of ticket purchase. Any validated transaction is considered final and irrevocable.

Conditions of Participation:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• LISA promotes a responsible gaming environment. Access to our services is strictly reserved for persons aged 18 and over. Any attempt to register or participate by a minor is prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of the account concerned.
• Possess a valid Digicel phone line to play via mobile.
• Employees of LISA and its direct partners are not authorized to play.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during any registration or withdrawal.
• No validated and accepted ticket may be canceled, modified, or refunded for any reason whatsoever.
• The results of the games organized by Lotto International S.A. (LISA) are determined exclusively based on the official results published by the Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, and New York lotteries. These results are published daily and constitute the sole valid reference for determining winnings.

The draw schedule is as follows:

• Tennessee – Morning : 10: 28 AM (Closing time : 10:08 AM)
• Georgia – Midday 12: 29 PM (Closing time : 12:19 PM)
• Florida – Midday 1 : 30 PM (Closing time : 1:20 PM)
• New York – Midday 2: 30 PM (Closing time : 2:20 PM)
• Georgia – Evening 6: 59 PM (Closing time : 6:49 PM)
• Florida – Evening 9: 45 PM (Closing time : 9:35 PM)
• New York – Evening 10: 30 PM (Closing time : 10:20 PM)
• Georgia – Night 11 : 34 PM (Closing time : 11:24 PM)

Any ticket purchased after the cut-off time will not be considered for the corresponding draw.
