You can conveniently redeem your prizes at a SogeXpress near you. There are more than 200 agents across the country you can visit and request your winnings. View Map

You’ll need to provide:

  • The phone number used to play
  • A valid government-issued ID

Once in front of an agent, dial on your phone: *888*3*2#SEND to access the payment menu.

  1. Enter your desired amount
  2. Press ”REPLY”
  3. Enter your LISA Lotto pin

You will receive a 4-digit authentication temporary code as a push notification message that you will communicate to the Sogexpress agent. For security purposes, you only have 15 minutes to provide the pin.

Once confirmed, the agent will pay you your prize. A message verifying your transaction will be sent to your phone.
